Making Espresso Coffee

Espresso coffee beans have been compressed to make a specific sort of coffee that can be used for making regular espresso, cappuccino or lattes. As a direct result of being roasted to a darker point, they have a bitter flavor which results in the espresso flavor most of us love. It is doable to make espresso from any sort of coffee bean. Those who like a bitter taste will want to have a dark roast while you will get a more mellow flavor from a lighter roast. Just don't forget that the more potent the bean the more potentthe espresso. As well, the more caffeine in the bean, the more in the espresso. As well you might want to take into account the price tag. Usually the more costly the bean, the better the flavor of the espresso. With a little experimenting you will realize the ideal coffee bean for your tastes.
